I handle a full range of Family Law matters covered by the Texas Family Code in District and County courts.

I attempt to understand each client’s unique situation and investigate each case thoroughly in an attempt to obtain the best result.

I promise to handle each case with respect and honesty, and to compassionately understand the stress and emotion that family law cases involve.

I regularly obtain custody for my clients (moms, dads, grandparents, and aunts/uncles) through both negotiation and trial. Individuals looking for aggressive (when necessary) and comprehensive representation should consider hiring me.

  • Other Class A, B, and C misdemeanors
  • State Jail felonies
  • Expunction or sealing of records
  • Probation revocations or early termination
  • Driving While Intoxicated and Driving Under the Influence
